Daniel is a Support Specialist of Fostering Change for Children (FCFC) and an alumnus of the Children Corps Class of 2017. He completed his two years of service at The New York Foundling, as a Treatment Family Foster Care Case Planner. Currently, Daniel works as a Data Analyst in the New York Foundling’s Mental Health Services Program.
Daniel is pursuing his Master’s in Social Work at Rutger’s University, where he also completed his Bachelor’s of Arts. Daniel is excited to embark on his journey as a Support Specialist because he remembers how instrumental the support he received from the FCFC team was for him. He hopes to provide the same level of support to new corps members while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the Child Welfare System.
